Ursula is a leading European exponent of a new approach to sustainable design - Product Service Systems (PSS) - and is Director of ec[o]ncept in Cologne. She coordinates the Master in Sustainable Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, and is Associate Professor at the Zurich Design School.
